Instructions 

1. Prepare the sushi rice 

wash the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a rice cooker or pot, combine the rice and water and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions. In a small saucepan, combine the rice ginger, sugar, and swab. Heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a large coliseum and gently fold in the ginger admixture. Allow the rice to cool to room temperature.

2. Prepare tlhe stuffing
