Constituents

2 boneless, skinless funk guts

6 mugs funk broth

2 cloves garlic, diced 

1- inch piece of gusto, thinly sliced

2 soupspoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

swab and pepper to taste

8 ounces Chinese polls( similar as egg polls or rice polls)

2 green onions, thinly sliced voluntary setoffs cilantro leaves, chili oil painting, sliced mushrooms, bok choy 

Instructions

1. In a large pot, combine the funk broth, diced garlic, sliced gusto, soy sauce, rice ginger, sesame oil painting, sugar, swab, and pepper. Bring the admixture to a gentle poach over medium heat.

2. Add the funk guts to the pot and simmer them in the stewing broth for 15- 20 twinkles, or until cooked through. Remove the funk from the pot and shred it using two spoons.

3. While the funk is coddling, cook the Chinese polls according to the package instructions. Drain and set away.

4. Once the funk is tattered and the polls are cooked, return them both to the pot of broth.
